- Proven experience in scaling/running profitable farming or contract farming operations across locations
- Strong commercial acumen including trading, procurement, retail, supplier management, and agri-business operations
- Experience in promoter-driven organizations
- Leadership exposure as CEO/Business Head/COO or entrepreneurial experience in the agri space
