Job Description:

P&L Ownership:

- Own consolidated P&L; drive revenue from 221 Cr to 2,500 Cr with financial discipline and working capital efficiency.

Ecosystem Leadership:

- Integrate the three verticals with unified go-to-market, divisional KPIs, and cross-selling.

Business Growth & Vertical Expansion:

- Drive expansion into Data Centres, Semiconductor, and Pharma; lead high-value deal pursuits and key account relationships.

Capital Strategy & M&A:

- Partner with the CFO on capital deployment, fundraising, balance sheet management, and M&A/JV evaluation.

Talent & Organisation Building:

- Attract A-grade leadership; build an organisation capable of scaling to 2,500 Cr without compromising culture or quality.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets:

- Lead institutional investor engagement; drive market cap from 400 Cr to 4,000 Cr through performance and narrative.

Brand, Governance & Operational Excellence:

- Elevate company's brand across media, events, and industry forums; institutionalise ERP, CRM, project delivery frameworks, and governance best practices.
