Description: The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and leading the startup business, driving profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth. This is a senior leadership role involving end-to-end business ownership, including strategy, operations, full P&L accountability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage full P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

- Define and execute business strategy, aligned with the companys long-term vision and growth objectives.

- Lead and oversee sales, marketing, business development, and finance functions.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional leadership team.

- Design and implement sales processes, policies, and go-to-market strategies to scale the business to the next level.

- Drive business expansion by identifying new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Build and scale business operations to deliver products/services at large scale with operational efficiency.

- Establish robust governance, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a key stakeholder with founders, board members, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Preferably MBA from Premier Institute with 15+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior business leadership role. from any industry

- Proven experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, with a track record of setting up and scaling a business from early stages.

- Strong experience in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational execution.

- Demonstrated ability to build teams, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
