Job Description Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Bangalore

Role Overview
The CEO will be responsible for setting vision, strategy, and culture while ensuring strong operational and financial performance across geographies. This leader must bring deep AdTech and Programmatic Advertising expertise, drive business expansion, manage global operations, and position as a leading global AdTech innovator.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute global strategy with a sharp focus on AdTech & Programmatic growth.
- Drive towards achieving its $1520M revenue targets and beyond.
- Identify new market opportunities across digital media, programmatic ecosystems, and data partnerships.
Global Operations & Expansion
- Lead and oversee operations across APAC, US, and other markets.
- Build scalable and compliant AdTech operations globally.
- Strengthen relationships with publishers, DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and advertisers.
Financial Growth & Accountability
- Own P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive fundraising, strategic investments, and M&A in the AdTech space.
- Develop scalable revenue models with sustainable unit economics.
People & Culture
- Build and mentor a high-performing global leadership team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across all functions.
Innovation & Market Leadership
- Stay ahead of AdTech, MarTech, and programmatic industry trends.
- Lead innovation in areas like CTV, Retail Media, Identity Solutions, and AI in AdTech.
- Position as a thought leader in global AdTech and digital transformation.
Key Qualifications
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 8-10 years in C-suite/Executive roles.
- Proven track record of scaling AdTech/Programmatic businesses to $15M+ revenue across multiple geographies.
- Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Programmatic Media Buying, and AdTech SaaS Platforms.
- Strong global experience in APAC, US, and international digital markets.
- Demonstrated ability in fundraising, investor management, and M&A in AdTech/MarTech.
- Excellent stakeholder management with global advertisers, publishers, and agencies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management skills.
