Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership:
- Define and execute the overall business strategy for the IAP vertical, including both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and partner-driven (B2B) models.
- Own full P&L responsibility and deliver sustainable top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Build and scale a differentiated brand in the digital wealth management space.
B2C Growth & Product Ownership:
- Lead the development and optimization of the B2C platform-app/website, onboarding journeys, user engagement, and retention.
- Drive acquisition through digital marketing, referral programs, influencer partnerships, and data-driven campaigns.
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams to ensure product-market fit, customer experience (CX), and agility in GTM.
B2B Channel Expansion:
- Strengthen broking partnerships, IFAs, and franchise networks to drive reach and revenues.
- Enable ecosystem partners through training, digital enablement, and co-branded offerings.
- Explore and onboard new strategic alliances to widen the distribution footprint.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Create a high-ownership, high-accountability culture aligned with company values.
Customer Trust & Regulatory Alignment:
- Ensure best-in-class compliance with SEBI/Regulatory norms for Investment Advisory.
- Foster a customer-first approach in all offerings with strong ethical and advisory guardrails.
