Key competencies:

- 8-9 years of relevant work experience in the digital function

- Strong Digital marketing experience, particularly in the areas of analytics, social media and mobile.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with great communication and influencing skills.

- drive digital transformation and build omni-channel growth plans integrating product launches, engagement campaigns and activation plans

KRA's:

- Ensure digital and marketing teams to execute directives, tailoring execution to fit brand-specific requirements.

- Enable liaison between the Business & CDMO function on the media, DDX, A&I and digital campaigns performance strategy, ensuring consistency between brand marketing investments, consumer insights.

- Ensure brands engagement of key digital capabilities, overseeing the execution of strategic alignment between digital marketing and brand objectives

- Define and drive the Retail Media Strategy and Governance

- Driver of indirect ecommerce platform media strategy and roll-out for the business aligning with Commercial/E-Commerce teams

- Monitor key performance indicators to guide retail media investment decision-making and enhance future campaigns to drive business objectives

- Act as the key liaison between the division, and global/zone/country CDMO teams, ensuring clear reporting, execution tracking, and feedback loops

- Work with country CDMO teams and ensure global frames are adapted, and build an adapted zone frames to local realities

- Ensure data governance, compliance, and responsible digital engagement practices, following global legal frameworks

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices exchange across brands, ensuring efficient execution of strategies and digital activations

- Ensure brand and divisional teams fully integrate global digital tools, enabling all brand teams in leveraging the right platforms for business growth.
