Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the organization's digital strategy, online business growth, marketing, and platform innovation.

The CDO will play a critical role in driving business development, digital customer acquisition, platform scalability, and market expansion, while ensuring seamless integration between technology, product, marketing, and business teams.

This role requires a senior leader with strong experience in capital markets, digital brokerage platforms, and fintech ecosystems, with the ability to build high-impact strategies and lead large cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Transformation

- Define and lead the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.

- Develop long-term digital growth strategies to strengthen the firm's market leadership in the online broking ecosystem.

- Identify and implement technology-driven opportunities to enhance business efficiency and customer engagement.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive digital-led business development initiatives to expand the firm's customer base and revenue streams.

- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and digital distribution channels to accelerate business growth.

- Work closely with leadership to develop strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Digital Business & Platform Growth

- Lead the growth and expansion of the firm's online trading platforms, mobile applications, and digital investment solutions.

- Drive initiatives to scale digital platforms, improve platform performance, and enhance customer experience.

- Optimize customer onboarding, trading journeys, and digital engagement across platforms.

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

- Lead digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance marketing initiatives.

- Drive customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate partnerships, and digital campaigns.

- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve customer targeting, acquisition efficiency, and retention.

Product Innovation & Technology Collaboration

- Work closely with technology teams to design, build, and enhance digital trading products and tools.

- Introduce innovative investor tools, analytics capabilities, and personalized customer experiences.

- Ensure seamless integration between product, technology, and business teams.

Customer Experience & Engagement

- Champion a customer-first approach across all digital touchpoints.

- Enhance user experience across trading platforms, apps, and digital interfaces.

- Develop initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, education, and long-term loyalty.

Leadership & Team Building

- Build and lead diverse, high-performing teams across digital business, product, marketing, and strategy functions.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Mentor leadership teams and build capabilities to support long-term organizational growth.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in digital strategy, business development, and growth within capital markets or financial services.

- Deep understanding of online broking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and digital customer acquisition models.

- Proven track record in scaling digital platforms and building successful online businesses.

- Experience leading large cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and technology.

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

- 18-25 years of experience in digital business, marketing, product, or strategy within financial services or fintech.

- Strong exposure to broking, capital markets, online trading platforms, or wealth-tech ecosystems.

- Demonstrated experience in scaling digital platforms and driving online business growth.

- Proven leadership in building and managing diverse, high-performing teams.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
