We are now looking for a Chief Digital & Experience Officer (CDXO) to lead Angara's technology, digital product, and customer experience ecosystem, building a scalable, high-performing global digital platform.
Role Overview
The CDXO will be responsible for leading Angara's end-to-end digital and technology transformation, overseeing Technology, Product, UI/UX, Digital Merchandising, and SEO functions.
This role will architect the digital foundation and customer experience that power Angara's growth - combining data, technology, and design to deliver seamless, fast, and personalized journeys for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology & Platform Engineering
- Oversee all technology functions including architecture, infrastructure, and platform development.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across Angara's global digital assets.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Drive automation, AI/ML initiatives, and data platform evolution for better decisioning and personalization.
- Build agile, high-performance engineering and DevOps teams.
2. Product Strategy & Experience
- Own the digital product vision and roadmap for Angara's web, mobile, and app platforms.
- Lead product development, prioritization, and innovation in collaboration with design and tech.
- Implement structured experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, CRO, personalization) to maximize growth.
- Translate customer insights and analytics into new product and experience features.
3. UI/UX & Customer Experience
- Lead the UX/UI function to deliver intuitive, high-conversion user experiences.
- Ensure design consistency and usability across global sites and mobile interfaces.
- Champion customer empathy and experience-driven innovation across all digital touchpoints.
4. Digital Merchandising & SEO
- Drive on-site merchandising strategy to improve product visibility, discovery, and conversion.
- Own SEO strategy to maximize organic growth and traffic efficiency.
- Collaborate with category and marketing teams to align digital experience with business priorities.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across technology, product, design, and digital operations.
- Work closely with CMO (marketing), COO (operations), and CFO (finance) to align on business goals and digital strategy.
- Establish key KPIs - site performance, uptime, conversion rate, repeat customer metrics, and digital revenue.
- Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in technology, product, or digital leadership roles; preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record of scaling global digital platforms and leading large tech/product teams.
- Strong understanding of commerce architecture, UX, SEO, and product-led growth.
- Hands-on knowledge of data platforms, automation, AI/ML applications, and performance optimization.
- Strategic mindset with operational depth - able to translate vision into execution.
- Collaborative leader with a passion for building seamless customer experiences.
