CLIENT: Leading Fintech & digital rewards, loyalty programs and gifting co.
specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers/Coupons.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance/digital marketing strategies with clear emphasis on ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, video, and other media.
- Review key metrics like - Traffic, Conversions, assortment, ASP, NPS.
- Engage with product team and tech partners to automate key processes impacting customer experience.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
Incumbent Profile:
- MBA with proven expertise of 12 years in digital & performance marketing in a marketing leadership role.
- Experience in website/mobile management, digital marketing and knowledge about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce.
- Strong Marketing and Technology (Mar-Tech) background.
