Chief Dealer - Fixed Income

Role: Chief Dealer - Fixed Income

We are looking for a candidate who has 15-20 years of experience in fixed income trading with independent responsibility for achieving the target profitability by managing a fixed income securities portfolio.

Key Candidate Attributes:

- At least 15 years of active fixed income trading experience. Prior experience in Treasury with independent responsibility of managing a fixed income securities portfolio across G-secs, SDLs, Corporate bonds, Money market instruments and fixed income derivatives (OIS/IRF) with reasonably large PV01 limits.

- Good understanding of macro-economic concepts and dynamics of interest rate markets, both cash and derivatives.

- Deep understanding of cross-linkages across various asset markets including forex, credit and rates.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing a trading portfolio while ensuring compliance with prudential risk limits.

- Achieving target profitability for the year.

- Scanning evolving market developments, generating/sharing trade ideas.

- Developing robust interbank relationships for market intelligence & feedback.

- Responsibility for internal and regulatory compliance in respect of Primary Dealer operations.
