Hiring Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

A fast-growing integrated industrial group is looking for a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to lead revenue growth, sales strategy, procurement excellence, dealer expansion, and commercial transformation across multiple business verticals.

Location: India

Experience: 15-20+ years in commercial/sales leadership | Steel/Mining/Metals background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead commercial strategy across steel (TMT, billets, wire rods), alumina & agro verticals

- Drive 18% YoY revenue growth & strengthen national dealer network

- Oversee procurement, supply chain, pricing, tenders & P&L efficiency

- Launch GTM initiatives, brand visibility & digital CRM adoption

- Optimize logistics from mine to mill, inventory turns, DSO & working capital

- Build 5-year commercial roadmap & new market expansion (Central & West India)

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA preferred, 15-20+ yrs senior experience in steel/mining/metals/commodities

- Expertise in pricing, procurement, tenders & dealer-driven B2B ecosystem

- Strong negotiation, analytics & commercial governance orientation

- Hands-on exposure to large teams, multi-plant coordination & CXO reporting
