- Understand customer supply-chain requirements and convert them into commercially viable solutions.
4. Transportation Solutions:
- Build and grow transportation business around the warehousing/fulfilment proposition.
- Develop opportunities across FTL, PTL, dedicated transportation and distribution.
- Identify opportunities where transportation can be bundled with warehousing and fulfilment.
- Develop integrated supply-chain propositions to increase customer wallet share.
5. New Market Development:
- Identify and open new geographic markets.
- Build market-entry strategies for high-potential cities and industrial/logistics corridors.
- Identify emerging opportunities in e-commerce, D2C, quick commerce, organized retail and new-age consumer businesses.
6. Sales Organization Building:
- The incumbent will be expected to build the sales organization, not merely manage an existing team.
- Responsibilities include: 1. Define the optimal sales organization structure, 2. Identify hiring requirements across regions/verticals, 3. Recruit and develop enterprise sales leaders, 4. Create individual sales targets and accountability mechanisms.
7. Commercial & P&L Orientation:

- Drive revenue growth while maintaining commercial discipline.
- Develop pricing and commercial frameworks.
- Evaluate contribution margins and customer profitability.
- Participate in contract negotiations and commercial closure.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to monitor Revenue, Gross Contribution, EBITDA/Contribution Margin, CAC and customer profitability.
- Balance growth with capital efficiency and operational feasibility.
8. Cross-Selling / Integrated Solutions:
- A key objective will be to move customers from a single-service relationship toward an integrated supply-chain relationship.

9. Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with the Founder / senior leadership team on growth strategy.
- Present business plans, revenue forecasts and market expansion strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Build strategic alliances with logistics, technology and supply-chain ecosystem players.
