Populux HR is a leading Executive Search firm based in Kochi, Kerala. We are hiring for the role of Chief Business Officer for an established business group's subsidiary company dealing in the export of Organic Products.

Role Description:

Key Roles:

- Develop & Execute growth strategies

- Export and Global Market Development

- Oversee Operations & Supply Chain Management

- Oversee Domestic and global Procurement

- Oversee Regulatory & Compliance for exports

- Organizational Development and Change Management

- Manage Financial Performance &

- Sustainability and Brand Development ensuring overall business excellence.

- Accountable for P & L

Qualification & Experience: Graduates/ MBAs in Sales & Marketing / Finance or relevant subject.

Experience Required:

- 10+ years experience in Sales & Marketing/ Operations of FMCG Food/ Argo Products

- Must have experience in International Sales & Operations

- Proven track record of driving business growth and performance
