Job Description:
- The National Sales Head will lead a large Retail Field Sales force whose primary job is to onboard more retailers on the platform (ably supported by cutting edge marketing and tech support).
- He/she will be responsible for driving Gross Transaction Value of throughput from the currently activated retail shopkeepers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and strengthen our market presence,
- Plan and develop detailed Business Plan & Sales Strategies with strong Go-To- Market (GTM) execution plan for existing business channels,
- Take full ownership to grow the Retailer network for existing Products / service channels, thereby creating higher volume / value of transactions and improving revenue & profitability for the company,
- Benchmark relentlessly and improve offerings and differentiators compared to the market.
- Establish sales processes, performance metrics and performance benchmarks,
towards setting up a high-performance culture within the Sales team.
Candidate Details:
- An MBA (Sales & Marketing) from a Tier I / II institute, with 15+ years of Retail field sales experience and a proven track record of developing and deploying Go-to- Market sales machinery.
