Strategic Leadership:

- Define and execute the overall strategy for the secured MLAP and Affordable portfolio, aligning with the company's long-term business objectives.

- Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of unsecured loan products, ensuring they meet market needs while maintaining profitability and risk control.

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.

Business Development & Growth:

- Drive revenue growth for the unsecured loan portfolio by increasing market penetration and expanding the customer base.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for secured loans, including pricing, marketing, and distribution strategies.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Risk Management:

- Establish and manage robust credit underwriting processes to ensure risk mitigation and maintain asset quality.

- Monitor loan performance, assess delinquency trends, and develop actionable insights to minimize credit risk and optimize the loan portfolio.

- Implement effective collections strategies to reduce Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and ensure timely recovery of dues.

Operational Efficiency:

- Streamline and optimize the loan origination process, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Work closely with the technology and operations teams to implement digital solutions that enhance loan processing times, improve customer onboarding, and reduce costs.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to ensure that operational targets are met.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various functions, including credit, operations, collections, and customer service.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching to team members

Regulatory & Compliance Management:

- Ensure that all secured Lap , M LAP and Affordable LAP are in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes in the loan origination and servicing processes.

- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to mitigate any potential legal or regulatory risks

Experience and Skill : Requirement

- Minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience in secured lending, with at least 5 - 7 years in a leadership role within an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.

- Strong understanding of the Indian lending market, particularly in secured Lap , M LAP and Affordable LAP and the associated regulatory environment.

- Proven track record of driving portfolio growth, managing risk, and improving profitability in secured loan products.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent understanding of credit risk management, loan origination, collections, and recovery processes.

- Data-driven approach with a deep understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results
