Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
1.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company growth goals.
2.Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
3.Collaborate with CEO, President and executive team to shape organizational growth and positioning.
Revenue Management:
1.Drive top line revenue through new business acquisition, account expansion and strategic partnerships.
2.Lead P&L management across India and GCC
3.Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and trends to inform decision-making.
Team Development:
4.Build, mentor and lead high-performing business development and account management teams
Innovation & Market Intelligence:
1.Stay ahead of IT industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
2.Advise the leadership team on market conditions, pricing, and service positioning.
3.Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools in the sales function.
Work Experience:
1.20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the IT Services & Solutions industry, of which the last 3 years have necessarily been selling of IT services to Indian enterprises and GCC
2.Proven track record of scaling revenues, managing large teams, and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
3.Experience of selling Data, Analytics, cloud services, CRM, digital transformation and enterprise IT solutions.
4.Strong relationships with leading OEM's like AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe
5.Ability to leverage personal client network in GCC and Indian enterprises
6.BE or MBA
