Currently in stealth mode, the company is building next-gen digital financial products that will redefine customer experience, trust, and accessibility in fintech.
With a proven revenue flywheel and a strong product foundation, they are now ready to scale aggressively.
Role Overview
We are looking for a CBO who will lead business strategy, GTM, revenue growth and partnerships to scale the business from its current revenue base to 30M+ ARR over the next 23 years.
You will be a core member of the leadership team, taking complete ownership of commercial strategy, partnerships, distribution, product market expansion, and customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Strategy & Ownership
- Own P&L, revenue, and growth outcomes
- Build & execute short-term and long-term business strategy
- Expand product-market fit across new customer segments and geographies
2.Sales & GTM Leadership
- Design and own GTM engine for acquisition, upsell, and retention
- Drive enterprise and channel partnerships for scale
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversions
3.Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Build strategic alliances across fintech, banking, NBFCs, OEMs & digital platforms
- Drive ecosystem growth partnerships to accelerate distribution and monetization
4.Product & Customer Insights
- Work closely with Product & Tech to align product roadmap with market demands
- Represent the voice of the customer and guide product-market decisions
5.Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performance business teams
- Establish performance culture and scalable processes & frameworks
Ideal Candidate
- 8 to 15+ years experience in high-growth fintech / B2B SaaS / BFSI
- Proven experience scaling business from 2050Cr
- Strong exposure to GTM, enterprise sales, P&L ownership, partnerships
- Analytical, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Hustler mindset hands-on operator + strategic thinker
