About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead business growth and expansion initiatives in the Fintech domain.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling businesses within the Banking or Fintech industry, with strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth strategy, identifying and executing opportunities for market expansion and revenue generation.

- Lead the development and implementation of new business models, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure business scalability and regulatory alignment.

- Oversee sales, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies to drive profitability and market share.

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, payment networks, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and ensure delivery on growth targets.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams aligned with the companys long-term vision.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in fintech, digital lending, and financial innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, or leadership roles within Banking or Fintech.

- Proven experience in scaling businesses and managing P&L responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of digital financial services, lending, payments, or neobanking ecosystems.

- Demonstrated success in building partnerships and driving revenue through innovative business strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
