Role Summary:
The Chief Business Officer will lead growth in distributing financial products. This includes expanding current business, exploring new markets, launching new products, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive overall revenue, business growth, and market share.
- Develop medium-term business plans aligned with group strategy.
- Build and implement sales and business development strategies.
- Launch new financial products and expand into new geographies.
- Finalize partnerships with product manufacturers.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Plan sales campaigns and strategies.
- Implement metrics-driven performance management, incentives, and recognition.
- Report business progress, risks, and support needs to leadership.
- Keep business competitive by tracking market, customer, and technology trends.
- Take accountability for revenue and sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/MFS or Graduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years experience; prior leadership in Financial Services, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, HNI and retail products.
- Ability to lead teams, problem-solving, excellent communication, customer-focused, result-oriented.
