The CBO will lead end-to-end business growth and full P&L ownership across a fast-scaling K-12 school network. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering directly with the Founder / Acting CEO, driving revenue growth, admissions scale-up, marketing ROI, retail activation, and new school launches.
Key Accountabilities:
1. P&L & Revenue Growth:
- Full P&L ownership across schools/clusters
- Drive 15-20% YoY growth via pricing, enrollment optimization, and new initiatives
- Ensure profitability while enabling rapid expansion
2. Sales & Admissions (B2C):
- Build and scale admissions engine across existing + new schools
- Improve inquiry-to-admission conversion
- Optimize lead funnel, conversion, and enrollment processes
3. Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Own ATL, BTL, digital, performance marketing, hyperlocal activation
- Strengthen brand presence in competitive micro-markets
- Optimize CAC and marketing ROI
4. Retail Activation & Parent Experience:
- Drive on-ground events, community outreach, partnerships
- Ensure seamless parent journey across touchpoints
- Create scalable launch playbooks
5. Expansion & New School Launches (~10 per year):
- Own go-to-market strategy for new schools
- Manage pricing, admissions ramp-up, and marketing strategy
- Coordinate with real estate, academics, and operations
6. Leadership & Strategy:
- Strategic partner to Founder
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, admissions)
- Align commercial growth with academic and operational excellence
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years
- Strong P&L ownership experience
- Proven track record in scaling revenue-led businesses
- Deep expertise in consumer acquisition & marketing
- Experience working closely with founders/promoters
