Chief Business Officer/Chief Executive Officer

- Own end-to-end business P&L including revenue, gross margin, procurement cost, operational profitability, and customer delivery performance

- Lead and integrate multiple business functions including supply chain/procurement, PPC, production coordination, engineering, and customer service operations

- Drive business growth, margin improvement, on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and procurement savings through strong operational and commercial leadership

- Manage OEM/customer relationships, commercial reviews, SLA adherence, escalations, and cross-functional execution in a high-pressure EMS manufacturing environment

- Build scalable operational processes across sourcing, planning, manufacturing, and customer delivery while ensuring cost competitiveness and execution excellence

- Work closely with leadership on business planning, capacity utilization, forecasting, customer commitments, and operational strategy execution

- Monitor and drive key business KPIs including revenue, margin, OTD, inventory turns, procurement efficiency, production output, and customer satisfaction metrics

- Preferred candidate profile : Hands-on leader from an EMS background with proven P&L ownership, strong cross-functional operations exposure, and ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-scaling environments
