Chief Business Officer - Broking

We have an urgent job opening for CBO with Broking Company.

What Were Looking For (Core Requirements):

Educational Background:

- MBA or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred

- Strong analytical and strategic foundation is essential regardless of degree

Experience:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in business leadership, strategy, or growth roles

- Proven experience owning revenue or business P&L in a scaling organization

- Experience working in high growth, high accountability environments

Core Competencies:

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into structured execution

- Proven experience in partnerships, revenue strategy, and market expansion

- High ownership mindset with a bias towards accountability and measurable outcomes

- Strong stakeholder management across product, compliance, and leadership teams

- Data driven decision making with comfort handling ambiguity and complexity

- Clear communication and ability to articulate trade offs in high impact decisions

- Comfort working in environments where:

- Business decisions can impact user funds, trust, or regulatory exposure

- Growth must be balanced with compliance and platform reliability

- Speed needs to be thoughtful, not reckless

- A strong sense of ownership for outcomes, not just initiatives

Relevant Backgrounds:

Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are likely to succeed in this role:

- Fintech, crypto, exchanges, trading platforms, or digital financial services

- High scale consumer internet platforms with transaction driven business models

- Payments, brokerage, or wealth tech platforms

- Marketplace or platform businesses with complex regulatory and trust layers

- Strategy or P&P&L leadership roles in technology led organisations

If you have led business functions where platform trust, regulatory alignment, and revenue scale had to coexist, your experience is highly relevant regardless of industry label.

Crypto & Blockchain (Good to Have, Not Mandatory):

- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, exchange dynamics, and Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus.

- Prior exposure to crypto platforms, trading products, or digital asset businesses is helpful but not required.

What matters more is the ability to learn the domain deeply and operate responsibly in a rapidly evolving regulatory and market landscape.
