
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Support the MD & CEO in developing organisational strategy, evaluating business plans, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct research, analysis, and market intelligence to support long-term and short-term strategic decisions.
- Break down complex business problems and recommend data-backed, actionable solutions.
Leadership Office Support
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO by coordinating with the Board and Senior Leadership Team on key decisions and initiatives.
- Track organizational priorities, follow up with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
- Prepare strategic insights, business dashboards, board notes, and high-quality internal presentations.
- Participate in leadership and cross-functional meetings, synthesise discussions, and track progress.
Project and Stakeholder Management
- Drive high-priority projects end-to-end on behalf of the CEO.
- Build strong working relationships across functions to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism.
Communication and Documentation
- Prepare concise, high-quality reports, presentations, briefing notes, and communication material for various stakeholders.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and insightfulness in all documents routed through the CEO's office.
