Chief Analytics & Data Officer

- We have an urgent role with a client. Looking for very senior level role in Data & Analytics

- Someone who can formulate and execute a multi-year data engineering, management, and analytics vision, aligned with client's growth agenda and market opportunities.

- Translate advanced data capabilities into new service offerings, including analytics-as-a-service, data modernization programs, and AI-driven operational intelligence.

Position: Chief Analytics & Data Officer

Location: India

- Drive interoperability across multimodal data pipelines, annotation workflows, crowdsourcing platforms, and visualization environments.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance scalability, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve analytics maturity.

- Establish global governance frameworks covering data quality, privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).

- Lead regulatory readiness and client assurance in data handling and governance.

- Develop predictive, prescriptive, and real-time analytics capabilities that generate measurable client and operational outcomes.

- Oversee data science and AI/ML deployment for multimodal analytics (text, audio, image, video).

- Build and lead high-performing global teams across data engineering, analytics, and governance.

- Serve as a strategic partner to client C-suites, guiding them on data strategy, modernization, and analytics transformation.

The Qualifications:

- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- 18+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise data, analytics, or AI-driven services, ideally with global scope.

- Proven mastery of data engineering at scale: cloud infrastructure, data lakes/warehouses, unified analytics platforms, and ML Ops pipelines.

- Deep expertise in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

- Strong grounding in analytics and AI/ML applications, including multimodal analytics and operational AI.

- Track record of executive-level client engagement and delivery of multimillion-dollar data programs.

- Global leadership experience building and scaling diverse, cross-functional teams.
