Role Overview:
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you'll drive strategic growth, identify and close high-value deals, and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead Generation & Market Analysis: Identify and qualify new business opportunities via market research, networking, and events
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships; ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Sales Management & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, craft compelling proposals, and close complex deals
- Pipeline & Forecasting Oversight: Utilize CRM tools for tracking; update leadership with accurate forecasts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets and closing high-value deals
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and pipeline management
- Strong financial literacy-experience with P&L, forecasting, pricing models
