Stakeholder management:

- Act as the key point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, banks and partners

- Proven experience coordinating with statutory and internal auditors through to audit closure

- Experience preparing and reviewing MIS and financial reports for leadership

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel

- Exposure to payments-specific accounting such as settlements, escrow/nodal accounts, merchant payouts and chargebacks, and to RBI requirements for payment aggregators, NBFCs or lending partnerships is good to have

Who you are:

- A dynamic, proactive professional who takes ownership and gets things done without waiting to be asked

- Detail-oriented, with high integrity and a strong control mindset
