Project Manager @CheQ
This role ensures seamless execution of high-impact projects closely working with all the functional leaders including the Founder & CEO. This involves coordinating and engaging with multiple stakeholders, managing risks associated with critical projects and monitoring progress.
This individual drives strategic initiatives, enhances efficiency and supports informed decision-making, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Work closely with all senior stakeholders and executive team to manage and execute high-priority projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing project status and outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders at all levels
What you'll need
- 5-7 years of strong experience in project management including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Post-MBA background with a solid understanding of business operations and strategy.
