Ad Sales @CheQ: We are seeking a results-driven Head of Ad Sales to lead our revenue generation efforts for a diverse portfolio of brands. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our organization by effectively selling and managing digital advertising campaigns. This dynamic role requires an exceptional network along with a combination of sales acumen, digital marketing expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. What you'll be doing: We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin: - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by effectively positioning and selling advertising solutions to brands - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key brands and agencies by showcasing the value of our advertising solutions, demonstrating best practice case studies, and presenting compelling supporting data. - Generate high-value opportunities for brands by crafting and regularly updating individual brand strategies to drive new business growth. - Develop an in-depth understanding of our ad suite and collaborate with product teams to drive enhancements and new features aligned with industry and brand objectives. - Implement a data-driven approach to problem-solving with both external brand partners and internal stakeholders. - Establish clear account management processes to leverage available resources, including data, optimization, marketing, operations, etc., to optimize advertiser performance and investment. - Oversee campaign management for the ad portfolio of top clients, including onboarding, consulting, and goal achievement. - Stay informed about current market conditions and trends within the industry, including business focus and new product launches, and adjust strategies and priorities accordingly. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to identify new solutions and growth opportunities within the brand business. - Take ownership of end-to-end implementations and escalations for named accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Maintain a strong focus on metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and results. What you'll need: - Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers. - 6+ years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, or consulting sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with D2C brands. - Prior strong relationships with D2C brands will be considered a significant advantage. - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Deep understanding of advertising solutions and industry trends. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Metrics-driven approach with proficiency in data analysis. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
