Brand Lead @CheQ: As the Head of Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that it resonates with our target audience as we scale our existing offering and introduce next line of products on the platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive branding strategies that will elevate our company's presence in the market and drive customer engagement. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity to lead the company's branding efforts during a critical growth phase. What you'll be doing: We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin: - Develop a clear and compelling brand strategy, including standardization of brand guidelines. Conduct research to identify company positioning to consumers and develop external and industry communications that align with our brand identity. - Define the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to increase brand recognition for CheQ. - Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively. - Develop a social media playbook, personality, and KPIs. Execute against best practices for organic publishing across channels to generate conversation and drive interest for CheQ's offerings. - Partner cross-functionally with performance marketing, product, and data science teams to leverage or create tools to measure, analyze, and optimize brand marketing efforts. - Identify opportunities for external, industry, and earned media engagements to amplify our story to the industry. - Build and lead a high-performing branding team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve branding goals.
