Key Responsibilities:


- Achieve sales volume and revenue goals through business development and account management.

- Develop and manage key accounts, building strong relationships and increasing wallet share.

- Identify and engage with new customers to expand business reach.

- Conduct ongoing market intelligence monitor competitors products, pricing, and strategies.

- Perform primary and secondary research to identify new opportunities in custom manufacturing.

- Lead cost negotiations and manage contractual agreements with global clients.

- Collaborate with Program Managers and site teams to review projects, identify risks, and leverage opportunities.

- Ensure full compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Key Skills & Attributes:


- Proven expertise in Business Development & Sales within the Chemicals industry (Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals).

- Strong strategic, technical, and commercial acumen.

- Exceptional relationship-building and global client management skills.

- Awareness of market trends, competition, and industry insights.

- Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and self-driven professional.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Process-driven mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.

Qualification & Experience:


- Bachelors/MSc/PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred.

- 10-12 years of experience in Agrochemicals or Specialty Chemicals with a proven record of CDMO sales to global clients.

- Experience in international markets with demonstrated success in managing global accounts.

Other:


- Age: Up to 45 years.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
