Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, fostering long-term relationships with placement officers and faculty.
- Plan, organize, and manage online assessments and pre-interview screenings.
- Represent the organization at campuses across India, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment drives.
- Oversee feedback collection, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business heads to ensure interview panel alignment and process efficiency.
- Take ownership of newly hired employees, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Hindi proficiency is mandatory for effective communication across regions.
- Willingness to travel PAN India during campus seasons.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and process improvement.
