As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: - The Candidate will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning, costing, and analysis functions of our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. - The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial principles, costing methodologies, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. He/she maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment. - Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the candidate will contribute to the overall financial success of the company through accurate financial forecasting, cost analysis, and actionable insights. - Besides the above and depending on the Candidate's appetite & competence, he/she shall be involved on matters assuming significant importance (Fund Raising, Divestment, Due Diligences). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the annual budgeting process, including gathering input from relevant departments, analysing historical data, and preparing comprehensive financial forecasts. - Perform financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, identify areas for cost optimization, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed projects, investments, and initiatives. - Conduct cost analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize profitability. - Coordinate and present preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements and variance analysis. - Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget, highlighting areas of concern or improvement. - Support the CFO in preparing board presentations for specific financial analysis. - Guide the tech team to develop and maintain tools and dashboards to streamline financial data accuracy. - Works closely with the Leadership to evaluate new projects (both India and overseas), conducting viability & risk assessment thereof and strategy for end-to-end implementation. - Strategize and oversee critical / crucial deliverables of Commercial and Costing function. - Performs other duties as required and/or assigned from time to time to achieve the aforesaid objectives. Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's/PG degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration. - Chartered Accountant / CMA with impeccable academic record. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. - Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. - Strong computer skills (compulsory proficiency in SAP), Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
