Chat360 - Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing Chat360's overall marketing strategy. You will oversee demand generation, brand building, digital campaigns, product marketing, and content initiatives to position Chat360 as a leading player in Conversational AI. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid channels.

- Own product marketing initiatives - positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.

- Lead content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, thought-leadership pieces).

- Collaborate with sales to drive demand generation campaigns and support revenue targets.

- Organize webinars, events, and community programs to engage prospects and customers.

- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics & automation tools.

- Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

- 2- 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role.

- Strong expertise in B2B SaaS/Tech Marketing (preferably in AI, SaaS, or communication platforms).

- Proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo/Zoho) and analytics platforms.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.

Good to Have:

- Experience marketing Conversational AI, SaaS, or CX platforms.

- Global marketing exposure (US, Middle East, APAC regions).

- Strong network in the tech/startup ecosystem.
