Chat360 - Investment Analyst

About Chat360:

Chat360 is an enterprise AI platform helping businesses automate customer engagement, support, and sales across messaging and digital channels. As we scale globally, we are looking for an investment and VC professional to work closely with the leadership team on fundraising and strategic growth initiatives.

The Role:

We are looking for someone with experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a similar investment-focused role who understands how to evaluate, position, and pitch high-growth technology companies.

You will work directly with Chat360's leadership team to build investor narratives, prepare fundraising materials, conduct market and financial analysis, and support conversations with potential investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build financial models, valuations, and fundraising scenarios.

- Develop investor decks, investment memos, and strategic presentations.

- Research the AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology landscape.

- Identify and evaluate potential investors, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities.

- Support fundraising, investor outreach, due diligence, and strategic discussions.

- Work closely with leadership to position Chat360's growth story effectively.

What We're Looking For:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a similar investment-focused role.

- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

- Experience evaluating or working with high-growth technology companies.

- Strong understanding of how investors assess SaaS and AI businesses.

- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.

- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- CFA or similar qualification is a plus.
