About Us:

Chat360 is an AI-powered customer engagement platform helping businesses automate customer engagement, lead generation, and support across WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and other digital channels.

The Role:

We are looking for a high-agency, AI-first operator to work directly with the founders and leadership team on some of Chat360's most important business priorities.

This is not a traditional strategy role. You could be working on market research, solving a business problem, driving a cross-functional project, building an AI workflow on Claude, automating an internal process, or preparing insights for a leadership decision - often all within the same week.

If you enjoy ambiguity, move fast, and like figuring things out without being given a step-by-step playbook, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do:

- Drive high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

- Work across product, sales, marketing, and operations to unblock projects and drive execution.

- Build AI-powered workflows, tools, and automations to improve internal efficiency.

- Actively experiment with tools such as Claude and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced environments.

- An AI-first mindset and genuine curiosity about new AI tools and technologies.

- Comfortable building workflows, tools, automations, or prototypes using platforms such as Claude.

- High ownership - you don't wait for detailed instructions to start solving a problem.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and working in a fast-moving environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage projects from idea to execution.

Working Style:

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing company. Priorities will change, problems will not always come with clear answers, and opportunities will not always fit neatly into a 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM schedule.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, thrives in a little chaos, and is excited to build, experiment, and make things happen.
