Key Responsibilities :

- Business Strategy & Innovation: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and disruptive ideas.

- Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects from concept to execution.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial feasibility studies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, operations, and sales teams to drive business growth.

- Problem-Solving: Tackle complex business challenges with creative and structured solutions.

- Leadership Exposure: Work directly with founders / CXOs, gaining first-hand experience in decision-making and strategy formulation.
