Chat360 - Associate Director - Key Account Management

We are looking for an Associate Director - Key Account Management to own and grow relationships with some of our largest enterprise clients at Chat360.

This role requires someone with strong client servicing and enterprise account management experience, who can manage complex stakeholders, large projects and high-value client relationships end-to-end.

What you'll do:

- Own relationships with key enterprise accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

- Manage senior client stakeholders and build strong, long-term relationships.

- Plan, coordinate and track large, complex projects across multiple internal teams.

- Drive project delivery, timelines, dependencies and client expectations.

- Proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities and drive them to closure.

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Customer Success and Operations to ensure successful delivery.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell and expansion.

- Own account reviews, performance tracking and regular client communication.

What we're looking for:

- 3 - 7 years of experience in client servicing, key account management, enterprise account management or similar roles.

- Strong experience managing large enterprise clients is critical.

- Proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects and enterprise implementations.

- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management and project tracking skills.

- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Someone who can independently manage clients, drive internal teams and ensure things get delivered.
