Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly experienced State Head to lead multiple city operations of our Electric Bus (EV) fleet across Rajasthan.

- This role will focus on sustainable transport growth, operational excellence, and managing large-scale EV charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement state-level strategies for EV bus operations aligned with company goals.

- Supervise and coordinate depot operations & Maintenance across Rajasthan.

- Drive efficiency, profitability, and reliability of the EV bus fleet.

- Oversee scheduling, charging, fleet management, and route planning.

- Ensure high uptime and availability of the EV fleet through preventive maintenance.

- Manage state budgets, cost controls, and financial planning.

- Lead staffing, recruitment, and performance across depots.

- Act as the single point of contact with state transport authorities.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelors in Engineering/Business Administration/Transport Management

- MBA/PGDM

Experience:

- 1015 years in large-scale transport/EV operations or fleet management

Skills:

- Strategic leadership, EV operations expertise, financial planning, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making
