Chartered Accountant - Statutory Audit Manager

Core Responsibilities:

- Leading teams of Associates and Jr. Associates and guide the team effectively to carry out the audit engagement

- Ensure that the audit is conducted as per the methodology laid down by the firm and in accordance with the audit software used by the firm as is conducted & documented in a manner to meet the requirements of all regulatory body. Track the deviations of the processes and ensure that they are rectified

- Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes of the firm

- To ensure that the clarity of the assignment, complexities and plan for the audit is shared to the team

- To track the activities carried out by the associates and the team at the respective clients

- To meet principal/partner ever week to ensure the complete track of the activities clarified and take suggestions for complex problems

- To ensure all the client escalations are handled timely manner

- To efficiently handle the team related issues and ensure that the client auditing process is not affected.

- Responsible for end-to-end coverage where auditable areas span business units /geographicalareas

- To be able to conduct technical trainings time to time as required by the firm

- To prepare, present and assist partners to present audit issues before Audit Committee/ Board of Directors & Management
