Chartered Accountant - Statutory Audit - Global Audit Service

JOB ROLE :

A CA Fresher Job Description (JD) for Statutory Audit involves assisting in planning, executing, and reporting audits, preparing working papers, ensuring compliance with accounting/auditing standards (Ind AS/IFRS, SAs), and coordinating with audit teams/clients.

- Key skills include analytical thinking, strong communication, and knowledge of financial regulations.

- Perform detailed audit procedures, including vouching, verification, and analytical reviews.

- Prepare audit working papers and documentation for client files.

- Assist in drafting financial statements and audit reports under applicable frameworks.

- Understand and evaluate client's internal control environments.

- Support senior team members in audit planning and execution.

- Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance (Companies Act, ICAI Standards).

- Communicate with clients for required information and clarifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with completed articleship.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS) and Auditing Standards (SAs).

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.

- Good communication (verbal/written), analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in teams, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

We have an urgent requirement in Global Audit Delivery Consultant from the Mumbai/ Delhi/NCR location as per the below criteria.

Experience :

- For CA Qualified candidates : Articleship or 6 - 12 months exp. in Stat Audit [preference to be given to candidates from top 10 firms however open for candidates from mid-sized firms as well in case they have complete stat audit exp]

- For ACCA/CPA qualified candidates : Min 3 yrs work exp. in Stat Audit [preference to be given to candidates from top 10 firms however open for candidates from mid-sized firms as well in case]

- Max 6 months

Notice Period : Should be able to join maximum by mid of June26
