Experience: 4-5 years

Key Skills: Risk Assessment, Internal Controls, Process Improvement

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Conduct risk assessments to identify key business, financial, and operational risks.

2.Evaluate internal control systems and recommend process improvements.

3.Design and implement risk management frameworks and internal audit plans.

4.Review business processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

5.Prepare detailed reports highlighting control gaps, risk exposures, and actionable recommendations.

6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.

7.Support management in developing risk mitigation strategies and monitoring implementation.

8.Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory developments related to risk and compliance.

Candidates currently working or having prior experience in a CA firm will be preferred
