Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager (CA)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced CA to join our Accounts & Finance team in the Real Estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial accounting and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and budgets

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management to inform business decisions

- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

- Collaborate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits

- Provide financial guidance and support to the management team

Requirements:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification

- 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.)
