About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with solid experience in the manufacturing sector to oversee financial operations, cost control, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering capabilities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closure activities.

- Handle costing, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing processes.

- Monitor inventory, raw material costs, and production-related financials to ensure profitability.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other financial laws.

- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for management review.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for timely audits and financial compliance.

- Support management in financial forecasting, investment planning, and cost optimization.

- Drive implementation of ERP / financial automation systems to enhance reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 510 years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of cost accounting, plant financials, and statutory audits.

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail are critical for this role.
