Chartered Accountant - Manufacturing Finance

Title : CA - Accountant

Experience : 1.5 -2 years in manufacturing finance roles

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth.

- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Present clear, actionable financial insights to leadership.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

- Ensure compliance with Indian & US GAAP, GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters.

- Manage statutory and tax audits, ensuring timely completion.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Oversee treasury functions: cash flow, banking, and investments.

- Manage dual-currency treasury operations (INR/US) to optimize liquidity and manage risk.

- Monitor and manage working capital to ensure financial stability.

5. Cost Management & Operational Efficiency

- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.

- Prepare monthly stock and cost reports for management review.

6. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of ownership and accountability.

- Develop and implement effective MIS functions.

- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

7. ERP & Financial Systems Management

- Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for financial operations.

- Lead system/ERP implementations and upgrades.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems
