Corporate Finance:
- Standardization of Accounting procedures & processes.
- Statutory Compliances for Direct & Indirect Tax including filing and assessment.
- Compilation of Statutory Accounts & Audit. Finalization of Statutory Accounts, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit.
- Budgeting, Monitoring & allocation of Selling and Admin expenses.
- GL scrutiny & TB review. Intercompany Balance & Transaction reconciliation & confirmation on monthly basis.
- Review of Bank reconciliation, confirmation and resolution of open items.
- Fixed Assets accounting & Maintenance of Fixed Assets register.
- Review of Payment Vouchers
- Review of Monthly financials before submission to the group. Finalization of various Schedules for Group reporting. Ensuring accuracy & timely submission of group reporting.
- Setting up & Monitoring of insurance policies. Settlement of insurance claims.
- Co-ordination with business towards efficient tax structure.
- Co-ordination with Legal Counsel on counterparty Agreements
- Coordination and reporting of CSR activities.
- Supporting in Company law & secretarial matters regarding Resolution and fillings.
