Chartered Accountant (CA) - 02 Required
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and analysis
- Prepare regular variance reports comparing actuals vs. budget
- Implement and review internal controls, audit procedures, and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Maintain MIS and financial reporting systems for operational and executive use
- Manage payables/receivables, guest ledger, city ledger, debt collection, invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations
- Conduct cash and income audits, detect variances, and perform modal adjustments/write-off reporting
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Handle contracts, leases, capex compliance, and statutory obligations (TDS/GST, etc.)
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow management, and MIS
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
Qualification & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant qualification required
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
