Chartered Accountant - Financial Reporting

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial statement preparation, management reporting, statutory compliance, and financial analysis, along with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and regulatory requirements.

- Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and business performance analysis.

- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other stakeholders during audits.

- Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Drive reporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 3 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Management Reporting.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and reporting frameworks.

- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
