Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in the Stock Broking/Securities industry to lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, treasury management, and business finance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a thorough understanding of the financial services and capital markets ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, revenue trends, and operational costs.
- Develop and present MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights to management.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial efficiency.
- Coordinate with business teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and management presentations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements applicable to stock broking companies.
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of broking business operations, revenue streams, and regulatory environment.
- Experience working with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
