Chartered Accountant - Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting for internal company accounts

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts for internal functions

- Track actuals vs budget and provide clear insights on cost trends and drivers

- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities in coordination with accounting teams

- Develop and maintain financial models to support management decision-making

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and reports

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Admin, IT) on cost control and planning

- Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A and reporting workflows

- Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India) is mandatory

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prior experience handling internal accounts or corporate finance is preferred

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

- Excellent proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
