Chartered Accountant - Financial Due Diligence - Big4

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

- Analyze financial and operational results through review of records, MIS, and discussions with management

- Perform detailed analysis of balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements

- Prepare Excel-based workpapers (zero-defect, review-ready)

- Build and interpret business drivers and operational KPIs

- Conduct benchmarking and industry research

- Assist in financial due diligence, IM drafting, and investor-facing work

Client Management:

- Collaborate with CXOs and fund teams to understand business context

- Present insights and findings clearly and concisely

- Deliver high-quality work with tight turnaround times

- Manage data flow, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination

Team Collaboration:

- Mentor junior team members through hands-on training

- Participate in reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

- Contribute to firm-wide learning and process improvement

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), 1-3 years PQE

- Strong audit background (Big 4 or reputed mid-size firms preferred)

- Exposure to due diligence, MIS, FP&A, or investment banking is a plus

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Clear written and verbal communication

- Self-starter with strong ownership and time management

- Open to travel and dynamic project environments
